THE NATIONAL ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Three Inputs Make the Engagement Work

Whether the requirement originates in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad or another Indian city, the engagement begins with the same core information and documentation.

01
ASSET

Property & Engagement Requirement

Share the property or asset address, asset description and the purpose of valuation — such as IBBI CIRP, SARFAESI, bank loan, NRI Section 197 LDC, Section 55(2)(b) capital gain or an applicable state RERA requirement.

02
DOCS

Key Property Documents

Scanned documents can be shared electronically. Depending on the state and property, these may include a registered sale deed, CTS details, B-khata, patta, GHMC documents, mutation records or other title and property records.

03
FORMAT

Authority or Report Format

Share the receiving authority’s requirement, including a bank format, empanelment reference, RP requirement or applicable IBBI reporting scope. Where relevant, the engagement can address IVS-based scope and reporting requirements.

01

One national practice. The documentation changes with the state and asset; the engagement discipline remains structured from initial brief through inspection, valuation analysis and final report.

FROM BRIEF TO REPORT

A National Process With Local Inspection Support

The Connaught Place practice coordinates the engagement while site inspection support is arranged through the PAN India network where required.

01

Initial Brief

Understand the asset, location, purpose and receiving authority.

02

Document Review

Review available title, property, asset and assignment documents.

03

Site Inspection

Coordinate required site inspection and local property or asset inputs.

04

Valuation & Report

Complete the applicable valuation analysis, documentation and report.
